Her varied experience in management in the HR sector, including as a member of a management board,
have enabled her to combine human resources and leadership specialisations.
She is particularly interested in difficult managerial situations and in talent development.
She speaks three languages, FR/NL/EN, enabling her to undertake missions abroad as well, notably in Africa.
