The 1st Francophone Coaching Congress on the theme "Synergy and Transformations – New Leaders in Action and Ethics" will take place on March 15 and 16, 2024 in France in Lille. This congress is aimed at coaching and business professionals who wish to discover new methods and strategies to develop their leadership and their ability to drive positive and sustainable transformations in their professional environment.
The congress will highlight international experts in coaching and leadership, who will offer several hours of training consisting of workshops and conferences. Participants will have the opportunity to customize their program (up to approximately 22 CCEUs issued) by choosing the sessions that best meet their professional needs. Throughout the congress, experiential animations will be offered to participants wishing to test in vivo the transformations and synergies between peers.
